Moving on from Excel

Many businesses choose Excel as their main data management tool, given its familiarity and availability. However, over the years, this often leads to multiple spreadsheets that are difficult to manage, and results in fragmented data.

We can migrate these spreadsheets into Access, thereby consolidating all your data. We will work with you to design and develop a clear and user friendly application, providing simple data entry forms, and 1-click reports. This can be done with a stand-alone database, or a 'hub & spokes' database enabling multiple users to use the application at the same time.

Taking your database to the next level
As your company grows, you can think about migrating your data to SQL Server. This supports larger amounts of data, more concurrent users and greater capacity. You can still keep your familiar Access front-end - Access will simply look at SQL Server as another data source.
Training & After Sales Support
Full on site training will be provided, backed up with user documentation if required, and full after sales support for the first month, whether by phone, email, remote access or in person. We want to make sure you are totally happy with our work, and are completely comfortable in using your new database.
