  • How much does it cost to have Microsoft Access?
    In most cases, businesses will already have a Business subscription to Microsoft 365 which includes the Access application. Therefore, there is no additional cost at all.

    The duration of a project depends on its complexity and specific requirements. Generally, smaller projects can take a few weeks, while larger, more complex projects may take several months. We will provide a detailed timeline after discussing your specific needs.

    We offer a range of bespoke Access database solutions tailored to your business needs, from simple data storage to complex automated applications.
  • Do you only cater for larger projects?
    Absolutely not! We can help you with whatever project you have in mind, big or small. Just get in touch and we can discuss your requirements.
  • Can you customize the database to meet my specific requirements?
    Absolutely, we develop fully customized Access databases tailored to your exact requirements to enhance your business efficiency and productivity.
  • Can you help migrate existing data to a new Access database?
    Yes, we specialise in migrating existing Excel spreadsheets or old Access databases to the latest MS Access version.
  • How much will it cost to develop a database?
    The total cost depends on the complexity of your project, but will usually be in the region of £500 for a relatively simple database to £5,000 for a large, complex, multi-functioning database.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently only accept payment by Bank Transfer. Our payment details can be provided on request.
  • On what basis do you charge?
    We can charge on an hourly basis or, for larger projects, we can agree a total cost in full or instalments.
  • Will training be required?
    All of our databases are designed to be extremely user friendly, requiring no previous experience. As part of our service, we will conduct multiple reviews of the database with your staff, at various stages throughout the project, to ensure we deliver exactly what you require.
  • Do you provide ongoing maintenance?
    Yes, we can provide you with ongoing maintenance for a small monthly fee. This can be cancelled at any time
  • Can you provide remote maintenance services?
    Yes, we offer remote maintenance services to ensure your Access database is well-maintained without the need for on-site visits. This allows for quick and efficient support, minimizing any downtime for your business.
  • Do you provide on-site support?
    Yes, we offer on-site support services within the Essex area to ensure personalized assistance and guidance. This is provided free of charge for the first month after the database goes live, and can optionally be extended on a monthly basis for a small fee thereafter.
